Developmental enamel defects in primary teeth have been found at least twice as frequently in disabled children as in control children.      The goal of this paper is to show the kinematic characteristics of gaseous stellar dynamics using scaling coefficient relationships (such as Tully-Fisher) in different spiral galaxies.
