     The research involved a rapid, automated and highly accurate developed CFIA/MZ technique for estimation of phenylephrine hydrochloride (PHE) in pure, dosage forms and biological sample. This method is based on oxidative coupling reaction of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) with PHE in existence of sodium periodate as oxidizing agent in alkaline medium to form a red colored product at ʎ_max )520 nm (. A flow rate of 4.3 mL.min^-1 using distilled water as a carrier, the method of FIA proved to be as a sensitive and economic analytical tool for estimation of PHE.

In this work, effects of using different evaporative cooling pads (ECPs) on the energetic and exergetic efficiency of a direct evaporative air cooler (DEAC) have been theoretically and experimentally investigated. Three types of ECPs were used, i.e., honeycomb cellulose cooler pad (HCCP), shading-cloth cooler pad (SCCP), and aspen wood wool cooler pad (AWWCP). Objectives: To assess the knowledge and practice of thalassemic patients about desferal administration and
complications of iron overload.
Methodology: The present study composed of (50) thalssemic patient who are registered in center and was
performed in Ibn Al-Atheer center for congenital anemia for the period from 15/12/2006 to 1/4/2007.
Results: The result of the study showed highly significant difference at (160.05) for knowledge of thalassemic
patients and also appear highly significant difference at (P<O.O5) for practice of thalassemic patients.

The magnetic properties of a pure Nickel metal and Nickel-Zinc-Manganese ferrites having the chemical formula Ni_0.1(Zn_0.4Mn_0.6)_0.9Fe₂O₄ were studied. The phase formation and crystal structure was studied by using x-ray diffraction which confirmed the formation of pure single spinel cubic phase with space group (Fd3m) in the ferrite. The samples microstructure was studied with scanning electron microstructure and EDX.
