Current Thesis has aimed to identify : The Psychological barriers for university students , Differences in psychological barriers depending on the variable sex (Males – Females) , Adjustment to College life for university students, Differences in Adjustment to College at university life depending on the variable sex (Males – Females), and finally, The correlation between psychological barriers and Adjustment to College life. The researcher has prepared a sample consisted of (100) male and female students who were randomly selected from university students, The researcher has adopted a measure of (2002) to measure the psychological barriers, also the researcher adjustment scale with university life.
The results showed that university students have psychological barriers and there is no difference between males and females in this scale, and there is an adjustment with university life, males had more adjustment than females.
Thus, the results showed there was no correlation function between the psychological barriers and Adjustment to College ..
Through this research , results appeared a number of recommendations and proposals.

The Paper highlights on one of the main activities in marketing management. That is the internal marketing in the commercial banks and its relationship with the quality services offered to satisfy customers needs and wishes in order to reach he ultimate objectives of those banks. Secnidazole was linked with ciprofloxacin as mutual prodrugs to get antibiotics with broader spectrum of activity, improved physicochemical properties and given by single dose to improve patient’s compliance. Furthermore, they provide structural modifications to overcome bacterial adaptation. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed using FT-IR, mass spectrometry, elemental microanalysis (CHNO) and some physiochemical properties. Two ligand ortho-amino phenyl thio benzyl (L1) and 1,3 bis (ortho - amino phenyl thio ) acetone (L2) and their complexes have been prepared and characterized . The L1 ligand is lossing phenyl group on complexcation and forming 1,2 bis (ortho - amino phenyl thio ) ethane L3 and this tetrahedrally coordinated to the metal ion ( M+2 = Ni , Cu , Cd ) and octahedrally coordinated with mercury and cobalt ions , while the ligand L2 is behave as tridentate ligand forming octahedrally around chrome metal ion . The preparation of a new Azo compounds of highly conjugated dimeric and polymeric liquid crystal to achieve the crystalline characteristics Which have structures assigned based on elemental analysis, IR 1HNMR and CHNS-O while mesogenic properties have been set for DSC and hot-stage polarizing optical microscopy. The compounds show enantiotropicnematic phase being displayed. The compounds show photoluminescence properties in the organic solution at room temperature, with the fluorescence band centered around 400 nm.
