The research aims to identify the degree of crystallized intelligence among Intermediate School Female Students , and the research sample reached (200) students. The two researchers used the crystallized intelligence test tool prepared by Dr. (Morsi, 2001), The use of words and their meanings (linguistic outcome), abstract thinking, the acquisition of general information and experiences in daily life, the use of numbers and their sequence, mathematical thinking). To the next Results: the weakness of crystallized intelligence among Intermediate School Female Students with a statistical significance of (0.05) And done analyzed in the light of the results and recommendations.

Objectives: Umbilical cord blood can be taken at birth and largely gives indication of fetal and maternal conditions. The aim of the study was to investigate the relation between sex hormones in cord blood and birth weight of newborns and pregnancy complications. Methods: Fifty cord blood samples were collected from newborns at labor room of Baghdad Teaching Hospital between May and October 2018. Blood was withdrawn from their mothers for lead analysis. Five milliliters (ml) of cord blood was taken, 3 ml was used for testosterone and estradiol analysis (using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) and 2 ml for lead measurement by lead care analyzer. The study aimed to identify the E-leadership practice at Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University and to explore the obstacles that are facing the leaders in the implementation of E-leadership, in addition to find mechanisms to improve the practice of electronic driving at the university in light of the Corona pandemic. A descriptive analytical approach was used by depending on a questionnaire to collect the needed data. The study sample consisted of (139) heads of departments, attorneys' colleges and support Deanships universities. The study results showed that E-leadership employment recorded a medium to high degree. Especially at university, that publishing decisions electronically and uses technical means in providing its services.
