In order to achieve the objectives of the research , the researcher built a standard professional awareness and enough mental according to the steps of scientific building psychometric After drafting paragraphs scale professional awareness and number (50) paragraph , it was ascertained the veracity of the scale -mediated presentation to a group of experts , has proven its validity after making some adjustments bringing the number of paragraphs (34) items , as well as a researcher statistical analysis of the vertebrae in with your strength discriminatory , and the researcher delete (8) paragraphs of scale professional awareness of the lack of distinguishable The rest of the paragraphs were found to be distinct and statistically significant , as well as the creation of a relationship degree paragraph primarily college, was sure of the stability of the scale in a way re-testing , with a reliability coefficient ( 0.83 ), and this shows that the reliability coefficient good . Increase the application of the equation of Alpha Kronbak , and found that the reliability coefficient equal to ( 0.89 ) and this shows good stability
Scales were applied to a sample numbered ( 300 ) parameter of the kindergarten teachers of government and private , were chosen the way of simple random , research has come to the following conclusions :
1-Enjoys kindergarten teachers in the city of Baghdad, a professional high- consciously.
2-There are no statistically significant differences between the Riyadh government and private variable in professional awareness.
The sunrise, sunset, and day length times for Baghdad (Latitude =33.34º N, Longitude =44.43º E) were calculated with high accuracy on a daily basis during 2019. The results showed that the earliest time of sunrise in Baghdad was at 4h: 53m from 5 Jun. to 20 Jun while the latest was at 7h: 07m from 5 Jan. to 11 Jan. The earliest time of sunset in Baghdad was at16 h: 55m from 30 Nov. to 10 Dec. whereas the latest was at 19h: 16m from 25 Jun. to 5 Jul. The minimum period of day length in Baghdad was 9h: 57m) in 17 Dec. whereas the maximum period was 14h: 22m) in 20 Jun. Day length was calculated and compared among regions of different latitudes(0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 north).

The objective of this study was to investigate the prophylactic roles of human enteric derived Lactobacillus plantarum L1 (Ll) and Lactobacillus paracasei L2 (L2), on EHEC O157:H7 infection in rodent models (In vivo). The Lactobacillus suspensions (L1 and L2) were individually and orally administered to experimental rats at a daily two consecutives of 100 μl (108 CFU/ ml/rat) for up to two weeks. Thereafter, on the 8th day of experiment rats were orally challenged with one dose infection of EHEC (105 CFU/ml/rat). Animals mortality and illness symptoms have been monitored. The research aimed at designing teaching sessions using the self-scheduling strategy with a competitive style in learning handball as well as identifying differences between pre and post tests in both groups in learning short and long passes in handball. The researchers used the experimental method on 2nd-grade secondary school students.
