The research is a contemporary stylistic study of the text that expresses the psychological
meanings in Nahj Al-Balaghah.
The research is divided to three chapters.
The first chapter : characteristics of psychological text.
It is about the power to influence the addressee ,that is to say ,the text influence power
connects with vulnerability and emotions inside the addressee spirit and his response to
violent effects shaking his feelings and that is represented in outbreaking of words vitality and
homogeneously. The Imam's wrath , grief , love to rightness , hatred of falsehood and

This experiment presented essential oils by GC/MS, pigment content, and their antioxidant activities as well as sensory evaluation of delight samples. Limonene (66.88%) was the most prevalent yield. The peels of clementine had DPPH and ABT Scavenging activity. All levels of pigment extract had better scores for all sensory values and recorded acceptable scores in terms of appearance, color, aroma, and overall acceptability compared to control delight. Besides, delight samples containing 15 mg astaxanthin pigment extract showed maximum sensory scores compared to other samples and control delight.      The aim of the research is to determine the impact of the Iraqi public budget on IPSASs by conducting the questionnaire; the research was based on the hypothesis that "there is an impact of the adoption of the International Accounting Standards in the general budget of Iraq”.
