Die Forschung besteht aus zwei Kapiteln: das erste Kapitel geht es nur um die Form des Gedichts, aber das zweite Kapitel geht es um die Analyse des Gedichts, und das ist das Wesen der Arbeit, gleichzeitig enthält das zweite Kapitel auch zwei wichtige Disziplinen.

Die erste Disziplin handelt es sich um die Struktur des Gedichts, nämlich die lyrische Seite; Reim,Rhythmus,Strophe,und Versmaße, aber die zweite Disziplin handelt es sich um den Inhalt, erklärt hier sowohl das Wesen als auch das Ziel des Gedichts, denn das Gedicht besteht aus vier Strophen, die miteinander zu sehr nicht getrennt sind.

The research aims to improve operational performance through the application of the Holonic Manufacturing System (HMS) in the rubber products factory in Najaf. The problem was diagnosed with the weakness of the manufacturing system in the factory to meet customers' demands on time within the available resources of machines and workers, which led to time delays of Processing and delivery, increased costs, and reduced flexibility in the factory, A case study methodology used to identify the reality of the manufacturing system and the actual operational performance in the factory. The simulation was used to represent the proposed (HMS) by using (Excel 2010) based on the actual data and calculate the operational performance measures

The research aimed to investigate the level of Organizational Cynicism and Job Engagement of Government Schools teachers in Al Zubair district. To achieve this research was conducted on a random sample of (66) items. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. There are many studies that discussed the famous museum's graveyards in the Islamic worlds, to study the lives of these figures, there are many difficulties for their studies because the first we need the regularity and history information, and many sciences support, such as in language, geography information.

I am studying the research from Maraqid Al-Maaraf book by Harz Aldeen, the book has large members about the persons have graved in Persian Country in the middle ages, there are more than (30) figures in my study, I have studied every figure in this research depending on the sources and references books.
