The current study included bioremoval of chromium metal ions from aqueous solution by using seventeen Pseudomonas aeruginosa species isolated from different environments. The experimental results showed that isolates Pseudomonas aeruginosa have high efficiency in removal of chromium where the P. aeruginosa p.8 was the most efficient (P≥0.001) in bioremoval of chromium with a removal capacity reached 92.5 mg/L and removal index reached (96.5%). While P. aeruginosa p.4 was the least efficient (P≥0.001) in bioremoval of chromium from aqueous solutions reached 74.6 mg/L and removal index reached (79.8%). This study focused on the expression and regulation of BRCA1 in breast cancer cell lines compared to normal breast. BRCA1 transcript levels were assessed by real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) in the cancer cell lines. The Topography, Physical and Optical properties of as-deposited copper oxide CuO absorption layer sprayed using homemade fully computerized CNC spray pyrolysis deposition technique at different deposition speed are reported. These layers are characterized by UV-Visible spectrophotometer, optical microscope, and thickness monitor studies. The optical transmittance study indicates that these layer exhibit high absorption coefficient in the visible range. The optical band gap is found to be at about at speeds (3,6 mm/s). Better homogeneity in CuO layer is found at the speed 5 mm/s. The film thickness lies within the 129-412 nm range.
