ان التصميم هو توالد افكار عدت اساس له حيث انها اشياء لها معنى لامور اقتضت الايعاز باعداد هذه التصاميم، اما المصمم فهو الشخص الملم بمباديء واسس التصميم من اجل تنفيذ هذه الافكار بطرق علمية مدروسة، الا ان هناك سؤالا يطرح هل بالامكان لاي شخص ان يرسم فكرة تصميمية؟

الجواب هو نعم فالتصميم ليس مقتصرا على المصمم فحسب بل ان باستطاعة أي شخص ان يعبر عن ما بداخله من افكار سواء ك

Abstract:
The research dealt with the study of animal drawings in the fresco, during the Umayyad period, especially in Qusayr Amra and Qasr al-Hayr al-Gharbi. Many imagesto different animals and birds were found and used in various subjects, most notably the hunting and predation scenes.

After the fall of the Iraqi regime in the 9th of April 2003, and after the disintegration of the country, political and party political chaos that had never been witnessed before, has now taken over. In the past 2 years, the American military forces had a primary role in spreading this chaos and disorder by applying a set of wrong measures and policies. This chaos that is still affecting the iraqi people was completely ignored by the USA even 2 years after the occupation, no serious steps have been taken in order to bring back order and security, on the other hand, most of the government institutions and its forces were disintegrated, along with the decision made by Paul Bremer of dismissing all the iraqi journals and the workers of the

objective of this research is to identify some of the obstacles that face secondary school teachers of the Arabic language courses in using modern teaching methods in class.

The research focuses on secondary school teachers of the Arabic language courses at the central region of Nineveh Governorate for the school year (2008-2009). 30 teachers out of 792, were randomly chosen to apply the research tool upon.

To fulfill the objective of this research, the researcher first surveyed a number of teachers , he then identified four categories of obstacles; obstacles related to school administrative system and environment, the teacher, courses and pupils, and the nature of teaching method
