The subject of youth care of important issues in view of what constitutes the importance
to the development of societies in general and as much as enjoy young people in any society

provide care for young people, they are as well as providing information and expertise
necessary to prepare young people for life and the development of mental abilities, they are
different activities that will satisfy their needs physical, psychological, social and working to
remove all that would preclude it. That most of the physical problems are of impairmentssenses and disadvantages of physical and deflection physical health has caused among many
narrow psychological young people and not feel good about efficiency and fitness and thus
affect the self-concept among young people adversely affected either psychological problems
which appear in the form of a sharp emotions and Aztrapat disease and the holding of
psychological It primarily due to a poor young man agrees with itself and with its
environment because of its failure to achieve its goals and satisfy the psychological, physical
and social needs and lead these problems if not resolved to the asylum of the individual to
some defensive tricks to mitigate the severity of tension and frustration As these tricks are
based on distortion Indeed, it may cause the individual who relied upon to stay away from
reality and may end up being a mental illness. As for the social problems it is represented in
the difficulties and the types of deviations in social behavior and manifestations of poor social
harmony experienced by university students. As well as these problems are essentially
deviations and difficulties linked to relations university youth members and the values and
traditions, customs and laws, and also includes the problem of poverty and lack of financial
possibilities and failure to invest leisure ideal investment through various activities. All of
these obstacles shift between university students and the achievement of social development
sense. And that the problems of physical, psychological and social intertwined with each
other and affect negatively on academic achievement for young university must be to
recognize these problems and identified for the purpose of helping to find solutions.

Abstract
This study aims to identify the level of emotional intelligence among principals of basic education schools in Al-Dakhiliya Governorate. The descriptive approach was used. A questionnaire of two parts was utilized; its second part included (27) items divided into five dimensions related to emotional intelligence. The study sample consisted of (337) teachers representing 52% of the study sample were randomly selected. The performance of photovoltaic (PV) panel having staggered metal foam fins was examined experimentally in Baghdad, Iraq. Three staggered metal foam fin configurations attached to the backside of the PV panel were studied. The measured parameters were front and back surfaces temperature, open voltage and current circuits, maximum power, and PV efficiency. It was noted that the maximum electrical efficiency enhancement was 4.7% for staggered metal foam fins (case III) than the reference PV panel. The operating temperature of the cell was increased when the value of solar intensity was high. Thereby, the electrical efficiency was decreased. Wheat straw was modified with malonic acid in order to get low cost adsorbent have a good ability to remove copper and ferric ions from aqueous solutions, chemical modification temperature was 120°C and the time was 12 h.
