The subject of youth care of important issues in view of what constitutes the importance
to the development of societies in general and as much as enjoy young people in any society
are good psychological health and agree psychosocial be healthy to be effective to invest their
energies and their potential for the progress of that society and development of the social
aspects and economic. The universities of the most important educational institutions that
provide care for young people, they are as well as providing information and expertise
necessary to prepare young people for life and the development of mental abilities, they are
different activities that will satisfy their needs physical, psychological, social and working to
remove all that would preclude it. That most of the physical problems are of impairmentssenses and disadvantages of physical and deflection physical health has caused among many
narrow psychological young people and not feel good about efficiency and fitness and thus
affect the self-concept among young people adversely affected either psychological problems
which appear in the form of a sharp emotions and Aztrapat disease and the holding of
psychological It primarily due to a poor young man agrees with itself and with its
environment because of its failure to achieve its goals and satisfy the psychological, physical
and social needs and lead these problems if not resolved to the asylum of the individual to
some defensive tricks to mitigate the severity of tension and frustration As these tricks are
based on distortion Indeed, it may cause the individual who relied upon to stay away from
reality and may end up being a mental illness. As for the social problems it is represented in
the difficulties and the types of deviations in social behavior and manifestations of poor social
harmony experienced by university students. As well as these problems are essentially
deviations and difficulties linked to relations university youth members and the values and
traditions, customs and laws, and also includes the problem of poverty and lack of financial
possibilities and failure to invest leisure ideal investment through various activities. All of
these obstacles shift between university students and the achievement of social development
sense. And that the problems of physical, psychological and social intertwined with each
other and affect negatively on academic achievement for young university must be to
recognize these problems and identified for the purpose of helping to find solutions.

The problem of the research lies in special motor abilities training programs like the balance that positively affect coordination between the nervous system and muscles. These training programs did not get enough attention from athletes especially young athletes; their training was restricted to physical abilities like strength, speed, and endurance instead. The research aimed at designing an apparatus for developing athletes’ balance in national centers for gifted/ ministry of youth and sport so as to provide a measurement for coached in this field. The results showed that the designed apparatus have a positive effect on developing the subjects’ balance in boxing and basketball athletes.
A simple, precise, rapid, and accurate reversed – phase high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of guaifenesin in pure from pharmaceutical formulations.andindustrial effluent. Chromatography was carried out on supelco L7 reversed- phase column (25cm × 4.6mm), 5 microns, using a mixture of methanol –acetonitrile-water: (80: 10 :10 v/v/v) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml.min-1. Detection was performed at 254nm at ambient temperature. The retention time for guaifenesin was found 2.4 minutes. The inhibitive action of Reactive Red (RR31) dye against corrosion of carbon steel in 1M acetic acid solution has been studied using gravimetric method at temperature ranged (288-318)K. The antibacterial activity for the different concentrations of RR31 dye against different bacterial species was studied. The experimental data indicates that this dye acts as a potential inhibitor for carbon-steel in acetic acid medium and the protection efficiency increase with increasing (RR31) dye.
