phenomenon in the Arab women's contemporary literature, but it is rare in Iraqi women's
literature and falls short to the level of the phenomenon until now. Perhaps this is one of the
main reasons that caused the reluctance of researchers to study it, and this is probably the first
academic research in this field.
This research followed the discourse of Autobiography of women in Iraq, depending on the
two factors of charter and reference of the elements of Philippe Lejeune’s definition of the
genre of Autobiography, without focusing on narrative method, so it handled notes,
memories, diaries and biography of the other and counted all under the genre of the
Biography.
It came in three sections, the first followed: The tracks of development of the
Biography of Iraqi womanhood from its inception, and then it followed the kinetics of
development from self-dissolved in community affairs and public to the self that is candidate
to biography of others down to the independent self.The second topic addressed: the definition of the term of Rhetoric of the oppressed
people by Jabir Usfour, and suggested the term (The Rhetoric of the Oppressed women),
explaining the elements that allowed classification of Iraqi women Biographies in its
framework. The research also explained the legality of the study of Biography on the basis of
the sayings of old Arab rhetoric researcher in advantage of Mohammed Omari in the rhetoric
of the Biography.
In the third section the research singled the auto biography of the Iraqi writer Alia
Mamdouh in her book "The Foreigner" issued in 2013, as one of the most prominent
independent model of Biography in a literary form. It also approached the main rhetorical
mechanisms followed by the text- focusing on the rhetoric of textual seuiles in the headline,
the sub-titles and at the preface – Moreover, it focused on techniques that came on the basis of
reading the text and ranking it within the rhetoric of repression, through studying the rhetoric
of fear - that was represented in the genre of the discourse and in the setting up of the
discourse - and the rhetoric of silence - represented in the implicitating and the delet of
Focalisation.

Abstract
The current research aims to identify the psychological security of students in the kindergarten department and identify if there is a significant difference between stage one and stage four students. To do this, the researcher adopted the psychological research scale of (Al-mohamdawi, 2007) that consisted of (30) items. It was administered to (120) female students chosen randomly from the kindergarten department in the college of education for women for the academic year (2029-2021). The results revealed that students in the kindergarten department have psychological security. There is a significant difference between stage one and four students in favor of stage four students.

Statistical control charts are widely used in industry for process and measurement control . in this paper we study the use of markov chain approach in calculating the average run length (ARL) of cumulative sum (Cusum) control chart for defect the shifts in the mean of process , and exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) control charts for defect the shifts for process mean and , the standard deviation . This study aimed to identify the role of school administration in achieving educational and learning goals from the point of view of educational supervisors in the stage of basic education. The descriptive method was adopted. As for the sample size, it has reached (59) educational supervisors. A questionnaire consisting of 29 paragraphs divided into four areas was used.
