phenomenon in the Arab women's contemporary literature, but it is rare in Iraqi women's
literature and falls short to the level of the phenomenon until now. Perhaps this is one of the
main reasons that caused the reluctance of researchers to study it, and this is probably the first
academic research in this field.
This research followed the discourse of Autobiography of women in Iraq, depending on the
two factors of charter and reference of the elements of Philippe Lejeune’s definition of the
genre of Autobiography, without focusing on narrative method, so it handled notes,
memories, diaries and biography of the other and counted all under the genre of the
Biography.
It came in three sections, the first followed: The tracks of development of the
Biography of Iraqi womanhood from its inception, and then it followed the kinetics of
development from self-dissolved in community affairs and public to the self that is candidate
to biography of others down to the independent self.The second topic addressed: the definition of the term of Rhetoric of the oppressed
people by Jabir Usfour, and suggested the term (The Rhetoric of the Oppressed women),
explaining the elements that allowed classification of Iraqi women Biographies in its
framework. The research also explained the legality of the study of Biography on the basis of
the sayings of old Arab rhetoric researcher in advantage of Mohammed Omari in the rhetoric
of the Biography.
In the third section the research singled the auto biography of the Iraqi writer Alia
Mamdouh in her book "The Foreigner" issued in 2013, as one of the most prominent
independent model of Biography in a literary form. It also approached the main rhetorical
mechanisms followed by the text- focusing on the rhetoric of textual seuiles in the headline,
the sub-titles and at the preface – Moreover, it focused on techniques that came on the basis of
reading the text and ranking it within the rhetoric of repression, through studying the rhetoric
of fear - that was represented in the genre of the discourse and in the setting up of the
discourse - and the rhetoric of silence - represented in the implicitating and the delet of
Focalisation.
The exploitation of all available resources and benefiting from them is one of the most important problems facing the decision makers at the present time. Abstract
An optoelectronic system for fog detection and visibility technique is presented .The idea of this research is based on the measurement of the atmospheric visibility by using an infrared beam emitter from LED diode. The optical scattering is used as a method to calculate the visibility. This method is applied at forward scattering within a foggy atmosphere, which is modern and has great importance for measuring visibility in seaports, airports, public roads and highways. In this paper we focus on the description of the system, principles of its operation and some results of field tests.

Based on the streamer growth model, the streamer discharge propagation was simulated in aid of finite element technique. That was done within two non- mixed dielectric liquids (Normal-Hexane and Acetone) located between two electrodes in pin - plane configuration. The output results show that, the path of the streamer was affected by the interface between the two liquids; the streamer path crosses this interface under some conditions such as the permittivity of the liquids and the distance between this interface and the tip of the pin. The research aims to characterize the strategic plan of the Educational Professional Development Center, to reveal the most important training needs for teachers from this center, to reveal the extent to which this center meets those needs, and to identify the differences between teacher responses about the degree of importance, availability of those needs according to variables of sex, specialization, and years of experience. This descriptive study adopted a questionnaire applied to (256) teachers in the K.S.A. The experiment aimed to compare different methods of measuring the Feed pellet durability through the effect of pellet die speeds and the particle size (mill sieve holes diameter). Feed pellet durability was studied in four different ways: pellet direct measurement (%), pellet lengths (%), pellet water absorption (%), pellet durability by drop box device (%), pellet durability by air pressure device (%).
