phenomenon in the Arab women's contemporary literature, but it is rare in Iraqi women's
literature and falls short to the level of the phenomenon until now. Perhaps this is one of the
main reasons that caused the reluctance of researchers to study it, and this is probably the first
academic research in this field.
This research followed the discourse of Autobiography of women in Iraq, depending on the
two factors of charter and reference of the elements of Philippe Lejeune’s definition of the
genre of Autobiography, without focusing on narrative method, so it handled notes,
memories, diaries and biography of the other and counted all under the genre of the
Biography.
It came in three sections, the first followed: The tracks of development of the
Biography of Iraqi womanhood from its inception, and then it followed the kinetics of
development from self-dissolved in community affairs and public to the self that is candidate
to biography of others down to the independent self.The second topic addressed: the definition of the term of Rhetoric of the oppressed
people by Jabir Usfour, and suggested the term (The Rhetoric of the Oppressed women),
explaining the elements that allowed classification of Iraqi women Biographies in its
framework. The research also explained the legality of the study of Biography on the basis of
the sayings of old Arab rhetoric researcher in advantage of Mohammed Omari in the rhetoric
of the Biography.
In the third section the research singled the auto biography of the Iraqi writer Alia
Mamdouh in her book "The Foreigner" issued in 2013, as one of the most prominent
independent model of Biography in a literary form. It also approached the main rhetorical
mechanisms followed by the text- focusing on the rhetoric of textual seuiles in the headline,
the sub-titles and at the preface – Moreover, it focused on techniques that came on the basis of
reading the text and ranking it within the rhetoric of repression, through studying the rhetoric
of fear - that was represented in the genre of the discourse and in the setting up of the
discourse - and the rhetoric of silence - represented in the implicitating and the delet of
Focalisation.

Tensile strength is a critical property of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavements and is closely related to distresses such as fatigue cracking. This study aims to evaluate methods for assessing fatigue cracking in Asphalt Concrete (AC) mixes. In order to achieve optimum density at different binder contents, the mixes were compressed using a gyratory compactor. Tensile strength was assessed using the Indirect Tensile (IDT) and Semi-Circular Bend (SCB) tests. The results showed that the tensile strength measured by the SCB test was consistently higher than that measured by the IDT test at 25 °C. Copper electrodeposition by electrorefining process in acidic sulfate media contains 40 g/l of cupric ions and 160 g/l of sulfuric acid was achieved to study the influence of the operating parameters on cathode purity, surface morphology, deposition rate, current efficiency and power consumption. These operating parameters and there ranges are: current density 200, 300 and 400 A/m2, electrolyte temperature 35, 50 and 65 oC, electrodes spacing 15, 30 and 45 mm and electrolyte residence time 6, 4 and 2 h were utilized. XRF, SEM and EDX analyses were attained to clarify the properties of the produced cathode.
