This study is a try to compare between the traditional Schwarzschild’s radius and the equation of Schwarzschild’s radius including the photon’s wavelength that is suggested by Kanarev for black holes to correct the error in the calculation of the gravitational radius where the wavelengths of the electromagnetic radiation will be in our calculation. By using the different wavelengths; from radio waves to gamma ray for arbitrary black holes (ordinary and supermassive).
 

A microbial desalination cell (MDC) is a new approach to bioelectrochemical systems. It provides a more sustainable way to electrical power production, saltwater desalination, and wastewater treatment at the same time. This study examined three operation modes of the MDC: chemical cathode, air cathode, and biocathode MDC, to give clear sight of this system's performance. The experimental work results for these three modes were recorded as power densities generation, saltwater desalination rates, and COD removal percentages. The aim of the current study was to investigate the impact of workplace stress on employee engagement within Iraqi universities through the mediator role of leadership style. Work-related stress and non-work-related stress were identified as representing workplace stress. Employee engagement has been measured through three types: social engagement, affective engagement, and intellectual engagement.
