examine the causes and dissatisfaction. We've been to reach a range of factors that lead to
satisfaction and considered their presence in necessary mainly to achieve the desired
satisfaction of the employee, plus the loss of these factors lead to development of the
employee in the event of dissatisfaction and therefore reflected on their performance work and
carrying out their duties. Our research is among the young people who need to fill their
different social living pay a lot of them to take a job without competence in the work with a
degree to work at different kind of jobs without their desire or ambitions.
Background: Mental health is integrated into PHC as a strategy of WHO to fill the gap in mental health treatment. This study aimed to identify the role of school administration in achieving educational and learning goals from the point of view of educational supervisors in the stage of basic education. The descriptive method was adopted. As for the sample size, it has reached (59) educational supervisors. A questionnaire consisting of 29 paragraphs divided into four areas was used. The data were statistically analyzed on the Chi-square test, the percentage, and the mono-variance analysis. These were the drinking water treatment plant source on Euphrates River before entering the plant, precipitation, filtration and collection tanks, and also after leaving the plant at distances of one meter, 4 and 8 km. This paper examines the decolonizing methods used by Leslie Marmon Silko in her novel Ceremony (1977) to heal the indigenous people from the patriarchal traditions of the white hegemony.
