curricula attractions including incentives .It's become the subject of job satisfaction of topics
of the interest to behavioral and administrators; this to examine different aspects of the means
and sources satisfaction among employee satisfaction measurement individuals, as well as
examine the causes and dissatisfaction. We've been to reach a range of factors that lead to
satisfaction and considered their presence in necessary mainly to achieve the desired
satisfaction of the employee, plus the loss of these factors lead to development of the
employee in the event of dissatisfaction and therefore reflected on their performance work and
carrying out their duties. Our research is among the young people who need to fill their
different social living pay a lot of them to take a job without competence in the work with a
degree to work at different kind of jobs without their desire or ambitions.
The wave functions of the coherent states of the charged oscillator in magnetic field are obtained via a canonical transformation. The numerical calculations of these functions are made and then the space and time plots are obtained. In this study, a detailed comparative analysis of four different potential energy functions is elaborated. These potential energy functions namely are Morse, Deng-Fan, Varshni, and Lennard-Jones. Furthermore, a mathematical representation for long-range region is elucidated. As a study case, four diatomic molecules (CO, N2, P2, and ScF) in their electronic ground states were chosen. Subsequently, the corresponding dissociation energy as well as some spectroscopic parameters were calculated accordingly.
