قياس جودة نظام الحكم أنموذج فعالة الأداء الحكومي في العراق

Language is a gift from God to His servants, as it is a tool of communication, rather it is a tool of life, and without it, life cannot be straight and complete.

  A language is a kind of substitution. A vocal disorder that  may be a disease of speech, and it is one of the obstacles caused by organic and congenital causes, perhaps the common one is genetic.If we separate between lisping in children and separating it from what happens in adults, we find that lisping in children may have psychological causes as well as other ones, this is what we will show in this research.

           It was the sayings of Andalusia scholars in agriculture based on experiments and theories that helped a lot in the success and development of agriculture in the Andalusia ,and also The divisions of the soil and out types and forms it helped a lot of to know arable of non-arable land earth and all off the determination of the color of repentance is important often discovered by agricultural scientists and that helped in the cultivation of certain crops in certain land without another land.and though each particular agricultural crops specific soil in which to live and not live in other soil ,

تناول البحث اثر النساء في البيت العباسي وتأثيرهن الثقافي والعلمي في التراث البغدادي ، وانعكاسه على الواقع الاجتماعي الذي يعد بحد ذاته مظهر من مظاهر الانسجام والتلاحم بين الماضي والحاضر إذ تركن أثرا بارزا في الحضارة والعلم وأسهمن بصورة مباشره او غير مباشره في دعم وتطور الحضارة  العربية الإسلامية .

The Current research aims to identify ( The effects of Daniel Model in Cognitive Motivation for the Students of the Third grade average ) , To verify the objective of this research , the researchers added nul hypothesis following : There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of ( 0.05 ) between the average scores of students who studied Daniel Model and the average students who studied by using traditional method in Cognitive Motivation scale. صوت أهمية في العمل الإبداعي مثلما له الأهمية نفسها في عملية نقد هذا العمل لما تترتب عليه من آثار نطقية معبّرة، وبهذا يكون عملا هامّا في تنسيق البناء الفني العام للقصيدة، بوصف اللغة ظاهرة صوتية والكتابة تعبيرا عن ذلك النظام الصوتي.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على اثر كل من عرض النقود وسعر الصرف على معدل التضخم في الاقتصاد الليبي خلال الفترة 1990-2008. ولتحقيق ذلك فقد تم اختيار الرقم القياسي لأسعار المستهلك ليمثل معدل التضخم، وعرض النقود بالمفهوم الواسع  ممثلا لعرض النقود، وسعر صرف الدينار الليبي مقابل الدولار الأمريكي ممثلا لسعر الصرف وقد أخضعت المتغيرات لاختبار السكون والذي تشير نتائجه إلى أن التضخم وعرض النقود وسعر الصرف
