This study aimed to examine the effects of electronic training to improve the skills of designing electronic courses for teachers of Arabic language in the colleges of education in Iraq. The descriptive approach is applied and the sample included 145 teachers of Arabic who were selected randomly from the colleges of education in Iraq. The aim of this study was to measure the effectiveness of a proposed program to develop the creative abilities of the students of Tabuk University and its impact on the creative output of the NEOM project. The sample of the study consisted of (50) university students divided into two groups: an experimental group of 25 students who receive the proposed training program, and control group of (25) students.

The research aimed to modeling a structural equation for tourist attraction factors in Asir Region. The research population is the people in the region, and a simple random sample of 332 individuals were selected.
