هدف البحث التعرف الى اسباب سلوك التنمر لدى طلاب الصف الاول المتوسط من وجهة نظر المدرسين والمدرسات واساليب تعديله، واستعمل الباحثان المنهج الوصفي واختيار عينة عشوائية من المدرسين والمدرسات في متوسطة أرض الرافدين ومتوسطة الرحمن للبنين وكان عددهم (46) مدرساً ومدرسة بواقع (32) مدرساً و(14) مدرسة، واعتمد الباحثان الاستبانة أداة للتعرف الى اسباب سلوك التنمر واساليب تعديله، واشارت نتائج البحث الى تنوع اسباب التن

Abstract

The research aims to study the role of e-government in enhancing institutional performance. The dimensions of e-government are: (support and commitment of senior management, technical structures, organization and human resources, knowledge and information, work procedures, attention to citizens' satisfaction, and client parties),while the dimensions of institutional performance are: (Service improvement, innovation, efficiency and effectiveness).

The effect of chronic exposure to two different levels of cadmium chloride (CdCl2) 30 ppb and 40 ppb in drinking water for 12 weeks on thyroid function of mature male rabbits was studied. Eighteen mature male rabbits  were randomly divided into three groups (each of six ) , control group (group I ): were offered ordinary tap water , and treated groups (II and III ) were offered tap water containing 30ppb and 40 ppb respectively for 12 weeks .Serum concentration of  thyroxin (T4 ) and triiodothyronine (T3) were measured every six weeks ,as an index  of  thyroid function , further more ,  section of thyroid gland were prepared for histological studies. This paper presents the syntactic dimension of ditransitive verbs in terms of the universal theory of Role and Reference Grammar (RRG). This theory is syntactic in nature, but it also covers the semantic as well as the pragmatic aspects of any linguistic phenomenon. It assumes a universal framework through which syntactic constructions can be analyzed. However, the morphological structure that each language enjoys renders the universal treatment more complicated and can question the universal nature of such a theory.
