    The current research tested the interactive role between the workplace fun and the leadership virtuousness in the organizational brilliance, in a sample of the teaching staff at the University of Kufa reached (325 staff) out of (2069) professor. The effected of the long transmission line (TL) between the actuator and the hydraulic control valve sometimes essentials. The study is concerned with modeling the TL which carries the oil from the electro-hydraulic servovalve to the actuator. The pressure value inside the TL has been controlled by the electro-hydraulic servovalve as a voltage supplied to the servovalve amplifier. Variable selection in Poisson regression with high dimensional data has been widely used in recent years. we proposed in this paper using a penalty function that depends on a function named a penalty. An Atan estimator was compared with Lasso and adaptive lasso. A simulation and application show that an Atan estimator has the advantage in the estimation of coefficient and variables selection.

     The method of operational matrices is based on the Bernoulli and Shifted Legendre polynomials which is used to solve the Falkner-Skan equation. The nonlinear differential equation converting to a system of nonlinear equations is solved using Mathematica®12, and the approximate solutions are obtained. The efficiency of these methods was studied by calculating the maximum error remainder ( ), and it was found that their efficiency increases as  increases. Moreover, the obtained approximate solutions are compared with the numerical solution obtained by the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method (RK4), which gives  a good agreement.

Climate change is one of the global issues that is receiving wide attention due to its clear impact on all living organisms. One of the manifestations of these changes in Iraq is the increasing frequency and severity of dust storms. In this study, the Normalized Difference Dust Index (NDDI) spectral index for Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) sensor bands was used to measure and track the dust storm that occurred on May 16, 2022, as well as to test the validity of one of the daily products of this sensor, MOD11A1, to measure surface temperature and emissivity before and after the storm.
