Investigating the strength and the relationship between the Self-organized learning strategies and self-competence among talented students was the aim of this study. To do this, the researcher employed the correlation descriptive approach, whereby a sample of (120) male and female student were selected from various Iraqi cities for the academic year 2015-2016.  the researcher setup two scales based on the previous studies: one to measure  the Self-organized learning strategies which consist of (47) item and the other to measure the self-competence that composed of (50) item. Training and retraining of teachers have become a central issue in Iraq recently especially in-service training of English teachers on the new curricula (Iraq opportunities). English teachers should be objectively evaluated and assessed.
A sample of (40) trained teachers of English is included in the study and a questionnaire is used as the main instrument of the study.
The main findings of the study were the following:
1. The trainees were serious in training on the new course (item 6) the programme helped increase their information (item 4) and motivate them towards better teaching (item 3). The aims of the programme were clear (item1). The programme helped develop their teaching skills (item 2) and was comprehensive (item 5).

The language of theatre is made by a number of physical tools and moral elements. So as the actors, costumes, lightings and accessories represent the physical aspects of the show, they also represent its moral aspect too. When they transform from plastic words in the space of the visual show to become signs carrying its indications that give the meaning through the link, overlap and arrangement of its movements so as to finally look like as wording in a sentence carries the meaning and represent the language of theatre speech.
