The research aimed to explore the recall habits and developing the right recall habits at middle school students. A sample of (40) students were chosen intentionally from middle school students in two schools (almntzr- zany aleabdyn) with an average of (20) students from each school. They were evenly distributed in two experimental and control groups. To achieve the aims of the research, a scale was designed to measure the recall habits, and a preparation of an educational program to develop recall habits.

ZnTe possesses the proper optoelectronic properties as a candidate for device development. The structure and optical properties of ZnTe semiconductor thin films of 500 nm were studied using thermal evaporation technique. The influence of annealing temperatures on ZnTe thin films in the range ( R.T - 473 K). XRD and surface morphological analyses are used to examine the films. Experiments were performed by applying a vacuum to a closed-loop system to investigate the effects of the net positive suction head available (NPSHa), flow rate, water temperature and pump speed on the centrifugal pump performance.
