The Degree of Using Computers in Administrative Jobs and the Obstacles of Usage in Public Education Schools in Sharoorah Governorate: Saudi Arabia

This study aimed to identify the degree of use computers in administrative functions (planning, organization, controlling, and evaluation) among school leaders and assistants in public education schools in Sharoorah governorate ، as well as to identify obstacles of  use computers in administrative functions from the perspective of school leaders and assistants male and female in public schools during the academic year 1439-1440, the study sample  (66) school leaders and assistants, males (58), a and females (44), , and to answer the questions of the study, the researchers developed a questionnaire consisting of  (60) items, has been verified sincerity and persistence, and data analysis was used frequencies, percentages and averages calculations and standard deviations, and analysis of variance quadruple the impact of sex, specialty, academic qualification, experience.  The study found the following results: indicated arithmetic means and standard deviations that the degree of use of computers in the administrative function was high, and in descending order according to fields of study as follows: field controlling، and planning, and management area, and evaluation, as results showed constraints use of computers in administrative functions from the point of school leaders and assistants include: the need for training on the use of computers, and that there is low level of knowledge in English language, and the lack of equipment school and classroom with instruments of modern technological and hardware failures, and lack of maintenance which was not enough.

In this research, the influence of the orientation and distance factors on the lowest usable frequency (LUF) parameter has been studied theoretically. The calculations of the (LUF) parameter have been made using the (VOACAP) international communication model for the connection links between the capital Baghdad and many other locations that distributed on different distances and directions over the Middle East region. The results shown in this study indicate there is a slight affection of the link direction (orientation) on the LUF parameter, while the influence of the distance factor is more significant on the values of the LUF parameter. The day/night effect appears for the long distance HF links (i.e. more than a 500 Km)

Design and Implementation Tunable Band Pass Filter based on PCF-Air Micro-cavity FBG Fabry-Perot Resonator

A tunable band pass filter based on fiber Bragg grating sensor using an in-fiber Mach-Zender interferometer with dual micro-cavities is presented. The micro-cavity was formed by splicing together a conventional single-mode fiber and a solid core photonic crystal fiber (SCPCF) with simple arc discharge technique. Different parameters such as arc power, length of the SCPCF and the overlap gap between samples were considered to control the fabrication process. The ellipsoidal air-cavity between the two fibers forms Fabry-Perot cavity. The diffraction loss was very low due to short cavity length. In this article, new Schiff base ligand LH-prepared Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), Hg(II), Pd(II), and Pt(II) materials were analyzed using spectroscopy (1 Metal: 2 LH). The ligand was identified using techniques such as FTIR, UV-vis, 1H-13C-NMR, and mass spectra, and their complexes were identified using CHN microanalysis, UV-vis and FTIR spectral studies, atomic absorption, chloride content, molar conductivity measurements, and magnetic susceptibility. The stability was investigated in terms of droplet emulsion size distribution and emulsion breakage percent.
