The paper aims to propose Teaching Learning based Optimization (TLBO) algorithm to solve 3-D packing problem in containers. The objective which can be presented in a mathematical model is optimizing the space usage in a container. Besides the interaction effect between students and teacher, this algorithm also observes the learning process between students in the classroom which does not need any control parameters. The current research aimed to explore the practicing of cyber bullying among college students as well as the differences of practicing cyber bullying among university students based on gender variable. The finding revealed that there was a high prevalence rate for cyber bullying among research sample who was students from Baghdad University. It assured clearly that this group participated in cyber bullying effectively, due to the biological and psychological factors which make them super sensitive toward the social and economic problems. Moreover, the results showed that there were significant differences between male and female in practicing cyber bullying. The study proved that women use cyber bulling more than men.  

The field of identification of similarity was considered a subject of research strongly recommended in the areas of semantic web, artificial intelligence and linguistic literature. In this paper a new similarity measure is proposed based on the Wu and Palmer measure. This measure is applied on the domain of the pedagogical ontology. Results obtained showed that the new measure gives better relevance of the similarity values compared to the approach of Wu and Palmer and it appears that the proposed measure is advantageous because obtained results showed that it is faster and capable of obtaining results to concepts not located in the same path.
