This work aim to prepare Ag/R6G/PMMA nanocomposite thin
films by In-situ plasma polymerization and study the changes in the
optical properties of fluorophore due to the presence of Ag
nanoparticles structures in the vicinity of the R6G laser dye. The
concentrations of R6G dye/MMA used are: 10-4M solutions were
prepared by dissolving the required quantity of the R6G dye in
MMAMonomer. Then Silver nanoparticles with 50 average particles
size were mixed with MMAmonomer with concentration of 0.3, 0.5,
0.7wt% to get R6G silver/MMA in liquid phase. The films were

The taxonomy of Ficus L., 1753 species is confusing because of the intense morphological variability and the ambiguity of the taxa. This study handled 36 macro-morphological characteristics to clarify the taxonomic identity of the taxa.      Chromium oxide (Cr₂O₃) doped ZnO nanoparticles were prepared by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique at different concentration ratios (0, 3, 5, 7 and 9 wt %) of ZnO on glass substrate. The effects of ZnO dopant on the average crystallite size of the synthesized nanoparticles was examined By X-ray diffraction. A total of 100 blood samples taken from patients with suspected typhoid fever aged between (1-60) years, were involved in this study. Blood samples were cultured directly on brain heart infusion broth. After that sub cultured of isolates on MacConkey agar and XLD agar and S.S agar to find the Salmonella typhi then identified by the biochemical and antibiotic sensitivity test. Resistant genes were identified by using aacc2 gene and cat gene. Results showed that there was 7 Salmonella typhi isolates from blood culture, as well as, aacc2 gene success in amplification of 450bp fragment for amino glycoside resistant, while not improve amplification
