This study is concerned with shedding light on the grammatical method of Ibn Hisham Al-Ansari (761 AH), in his explanation of Bant Souad’s poem by the poet Kaab bin Zuhair, and I included a brief description of Ibn Hisham’s life with a number of explanations of this poem, then clarified the most important features of this method The grammar represented by his reliance on hearing and presenting it to analogy with mention of types of analogy, as well as his attribution of opinions to their owners with weighting, selection and balancing, and his attention to reasoning and a number of grammatical ailments, and his approach is also distinguished by following the method of fractal.

Rutting has a significant impact on the pavements' performance. Rutting depth is often used as a parameter to assess the quality of pavements. The Asphalt Institute (AI) design method prescribes a maximum allowable rutting depth of 13mm, whereas the AASHTO design method stipulates a critical serviceability index of 2.5 which is equivalent to an average rutting depth of 15mm. This letter dealt with one of the most prominent verbal and contractual issues, which are the similarities of the legal texts, or the so-called news features. The scholars differed as to their interpretation. Most of the verbal schools went on to interpret these texts in a valid interpretation according to the data of the Arabic language, in order to preserve them from the divine self's pronouncement of similar creatures, while we find that the ancestors kept it on its surface with delegating its meanings to God Almighty.
