1- We conclude a new method to teach the recitation we call it (listening
method) which consist of four steps (introduction , listening ,continuity,
evaluation )
2- This research get many listening skills that educated need it when
listen to (holy quran) beside to many propositions that help to develop
it.
3- This research briefs some principles that help the teacher when use
listening method.

1- The best way to teach and learn the recitation of holy quran is by
using listening skill because the prophet (pease be upon him )learn
the holy quran by it from jebrel (pease be upon him ) and then

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of administrative applications of expert systems in educational leadership departments in light of the systems approach. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive-analytical and survey method was adopted. The results showed that the level of availability of the knowledge base for expert systems in educational leadership departments (as inputs) was low. A groundwater quality assessment has been carried out in northeast part of Anbar governorate in western Iraq. We analyzed hydrochemical parameters such as pH, electrical conductivity, total dissolved solids presence of ions to describe groundwater quality. The study area has the only confined aquifer within the geological formation extended in area. Values of groundwater hydrochemical parameters were ranged from (7) to (7.9) for ph, (1599) to (6800) µmhos/cm for electrical conductivity (EC) and (1048) to (4446) mg/l for total dissolved solids (TDS). There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average score of the students of the experimental group who studied the language of rhetoric according to model of learning method, and the average score of the students of the control group who studied the same article in the traditional way acquiring rhetorical concept.    The researchers relied on the experimental design with the partial setting of the post-test, which depends on the experimental group that is taught using the model of the learning method, and the control group taught using the traditional method.
