القيادة الابتكارية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بغداد

 تكمن مشكلة البحث بان المؤسسات عامةـ والتعليمية منها خاصةفي الوقت الحاضرتواجه ظروف بيئيةتفرض عليها حتمية التغيير ، وذلك بسبب التحولاتالتي تحدثفي عالمناالحالي سواءًكان على المستوىالمحلي أو العالمي أو على المستوىالمؤسسة نفسها مما يجعلمؤسساتنا التربويةبحاجةملحةلمواجهة هذا التغيير القادم وذلك من خلال معالجةالمشكلاتالتي قد تظهر بطرق مبتكرة وابداعية مغايرةللطرقالتقليدية ،وذلك من خلال تهيئة المناخ التنظيميالمناسب ومعرفة المشكلات والعوائق التي تحول دون التقدموالمضي في وجود جيلقادر على استحداثأساليب ابتكاريةفي تسييراداءالعمل في المؤسسات التربويةوالارتقاء بها. وتنبثق أهمية البحث من الدور الذي تلعبه القيادات الإدارية في أدارة المؤسسات وإدارة الموارد البشرية في كونها أهم عناصر العملية الإنتاجية لذا لابد من توفر الكفاءات قيادية جيدة القادرة على الأداء والعطاء المتميز برفع مستوى الكفاءة الإنتاجية عن طريق توفير الموارد البشرية المتحفزة والقابلة لعمليات التشكيل والتأهيل والتدريب.

اذ تحدد البحث بجميع مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية الصباحية مما يعملون في مديريات تربية محافظة بغداد الرصافة (1/2/3) والبالغ عددهم ( 117) فردا للعام الدراسي (2017ـ 2018 ) . حيث قامت الباحثةَ بتحديد مجموعةَ من المصطلحات الخاصةَ بالبحث ، في الجانب النظري التي لها علاقةَ بالموضوع والتطرق إلى مجموعةَ من الدراساتالمتعلقةَ بالموضوع البحث، وقد اتبعت مجموعةَ من الاجراءات من حيث وصف مجتمع البحث وعينته حيث تم الحصول على عينةَ مؤلفةَ من ( 97) فرداوهو نسبةَ(83 %) تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية واباسلوب التوزيع المناسب حيث تم اجراء الصدق والثبات على الاداةَثم خرج البحث بعدد من النتائج ثم عرضها وتفسيرها . ثم وضعت مجموعةَ من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات الخاصةَ بالبحث.
