نمطي الشخصية والاداء الوظيفي للمرشد التربوي

 مهنة الارشاد تعزز التنمية البشرية من خلال استثمار طاقات الانسان وامكاناته باستعمال العقل والتفكير. وتكمن اهمية البحث من اهمية المرشد التربوي في العملية التربوية وتحقيق الاهداف التربوية من اجل بناء مجتمع متقدم, من خلال تقديم صوره افضل للعملية الارشادية.

وعليه يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على:

1- نمطي الشخصية(A-B) لدى المرشدين التربويون.

2-دلالة الفروق الاحصائية في نمطي الشخصية(A-B) وفق متغير النوع(ذكور-اناث) .

3- مستوى الاداء الوظيفي لدى المرشدين التربويون.

4- دلالة الفروق الاحصائية في مستوى الاداء الوظيفي وفق متغير النوع(ذكور-اناث).

5- العلاقة بين نمطي الشخصية(A-B) ومستوى الاداء الوظيفي لدى المرشدين التربويين.

  ولتحقيق اهداف البحث تم صياغة الفرضيات الصفرية الاتية:-

1- لا توجد فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة(a=0.05) بين المتوسط الفرضي لمقياس نمطي الشخصية(A-B), ومتوسط درجات عينة البحث لدى المرشدين التربويون تعزى الى نمطي الشخصية(A-B).

2- لا توجد فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة(a=0.05) بين متوسطي درجات عينة البحث في مقياس نمطي الشخصية(A-B) لدى المرشدين التربويين تعزى الى النوع(ذكور/اناث).

The Impact of Organizational cynicism in Job Engagement of Government Schools' teachers in Al Zubair district

The research aimed to investigate the level of Organizational Cynicism and Job Engagement of Government Schools teachers in Al Zubair district.
