The current research was aimed at the following:
1. Measurement the Ambivalence among University students.
2. Identify the differences in Ambivalence among University students according to variable of Specialization (scientific / literary).
To achieve this aims of the research, the researcher set up the instrument is scale of Ambivalence that consistent (19) item. And the researchers applying this scale on the sample amounted to (200) among University students. Then after data processing statistically, the researchers reached the following results:
1. University students have Ambivalence.
2. There is no is differences in Ambivalence among University students according to variable of Specialization (scientific / literary).
In light of the results of this research the researchers came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
A field study aimed at identifying the reality of the application of strategic management in the colleges of education/ University of Baghdad. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The research community, consisting of 801 faculty teachers, has been identified. The research sample was selected in a simple random way and represented 15% of the research community, totalling 124 teaching members. The current research aims to construct a scale for the nine types of students’ personality according to Rob Fitzel model. To do this, (162) items were formed that present the nine types of personality with (18) items for each type. To test the validity of the scale, a sample of (584) students of Al-Mustansrya University were chosen. The data of their responses was analyzed by using factor analysis. The findings explored (9) factors as one factor for each type of personality with (12) items for each one. Then, the reliability of the scale was found by using the test-retest method and Alfa Cronbach method.
