هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم المشكلات النفسية، الصحية، الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية، التي يعاني منها كبار السن في مجتمع الدراسة وقد انبثق عن هذا الهدف الرئيس أسئلة هي:

• ما هي أهم المشكلات التي يعاني منها كبار السن في محافظة جرش /الكته من وجهة نظرهم؟
• ما هي أهم العوامل التي قد تؤدي إلى ظهور مشكلات لدى كبار السن ؟

The research aims to characterize the strategic plan of the Educational Professional Development Center, to reveal the most important training needs for teachers from this center, to reveal the extent to which this center meets those needs, and to identify the differences between teacher responses about the degree of importance, availability of those needs according to variables of sex, specialization, and years of experience. This descriptive study adopted a questionnaire applied to (256) teachers in the K.S.A. The results of the study showed that all training needs ranged in the degree of importance from large to very large and that the most important were the skills associated with communicating with members of the learning community.

This study aims to identify the degree to which the first cycle teachers use different feedback patterns in the e-learning system in addition to the differences in the degree of use according to specialization, teaching experience, and in-service training in the field of classroom assessment, as well as the interaction between them. The study intends to explore the obstacles that encounter a program of rehabilitating released prisoners as perceived by prisoners themselves in tubas' province. To this end, the researcher used a questionnaire as an instrument which was applied on (150) prisoner had chosen randomly to collect the study data. The findings revealed no significant differences among obstacles the encounter program regarding to the following variables: age, detention period, and number of detention, additionally, the findings found that there is a variance of obstacles mean according to the prisoners themselves, rehabilitation program, and the facility of that program.
