يستعرض المقال تطور مؤتمرات القمة العربية منذ أول قمة عام 1946 حتى قمة المنامة 2024. ويسلط الضوء على القضايا التي تناولتها القمم، مثل فلسطين، سوريا، والسودان. كما يشير إلى أهمية قمة جدة 2023 التي شهدت عودة سوريا للجامعة العربية. وتستعد بغداد لاستضافة القمة الرابعة والثلاثين في 17 مايو 2025، وسط تحديات إقليمية كبيرة. وتعد القمة فرصة للعراق لاستعادة دوره العربي وتعزيز التعاون المشترك لمواجهة الأزمات السياسية والاقتصادي

This paper tries to understand the poetic reference in the images of woman, she-camel, horse and their manifestations in Tarafah-ibnulAbd's poetry. There has got my attention the fact that these three images have their own distinct taste which is characterised by a clear rhythm, let alone the  lively nature that is filled with liveliness and activity to be in harmony with the poet's youth. For these three images represented the best manifestations of his psychological and artistic poetics. The paper adopts an artistic analysis to arrive at the psychological aspects of these experiences-the woman, the she-camel, and the horse- and to understand the functions of their images and symbolic reference.

The two parameters of Exponential-Rayleigh distribution were estimated using the maximum likelihood estimation method (MLE) for progressively censoring data. The research studied and analyzed the hybrid parallel-series systems of asymmetrical components by applying different experiments of simulations used to estimate the reliability function of those systems through the use of the maximum likelihood method as well as the Bayes standard method via both symmetrical and asymmetrical loss functions following Rayleigh distribution and Informative Prior distribution.
