This research on women under the title (Empowerment of women… From value education to the creation of human morality), includes a disclosure of the reasons that prevented women from performing their human role in the development of human societies and treatments that can provide to solve this big problem in the life These communities, especially the Eastern societies and the religious ones, believe that the woman has not received the care and care to raise her human values in order to contribute to the required social contribution, for historical, economic, moral, religious, social and cultural reasons. And by shedding light on specific definitions of the most important rules on which the research relied on in order to create a sound answer to the essence of the problem and to the basic question that the research is trying to address. These rules include conceptual reading of values, research in humanity as moral, And detail in the Empowerment Project as the starting point for the work from the moral inside to the practical outside. The main idea of this research is that the researcher believes that media research remains useless unless its goals and results are achieved by using the correct scientific tools. The researcher chooses 100 research papers of about 35% of the published ones, 10 of them are excluded because they are outside media. We use a simple and randomized sample including the three departments of media: journalism, television and radio journalism and public relations. The research aims to characterize the strategic plan of the Educational Professional Development Center, to reveal the most important training needs for teachers from this center, to reveal the extent to which this center meets those needs, and to identify the differences between teacher responses about the degree of importance, availability of those needs according to variables of sex, specialization, and years of experience. This descriptive study adopted a questionnaire applied to (256) teachers in the K.S.A. The results of the study showed that all training needs ranged in the degree of importance from large to very large and that the most important were the skills associated with communicating with members of the learning community.
