This research on women under the title (Empowerment of women… From value education to the creation of human morality), includes a disclosure of the reasons that prevented women from performing their human role in the development of human societies and treatments that can provide to solve this big problem in the life These communities, especially the Eastern societies and the religious ones, believe that the woman has not received the care and care to raise her human values in order to contribute to the required social contribution, for historical, economic, moral, religious, social and cultural reasons. And by shedding light on specific definitions of the most important rules on which the research relied on in order to create a sound answer to the essence of the problem and to the basic question that the research is trying to address. These rules include conceptual reading of values, research in humanity as moral, And detail in the Empowerment Project as the starting point for the work from the moral inside to the practical outside. The research also discussed a number of topics related to the substance of the problem, including talking about women's freedom and condemning them as total values required. On the one hand, freedom is an affirmation of women's self, and religion is an affirmation of the surrounding issue affecting women.
In this work Aquatic plant (Nile rose) was used to study adsorption of industrial dye (safranin-O from aqueous solution within several operation conditions. The dried leaves of Nile rose plant were used as adsorbents safranin-O from aqueous solution after different activations such as wet and dry enhancements. The data show increasing in dye solution removal percentage for both activation methods of the adsorbent and also dye removal percentage that was obtained by using adsorbent without any treatment with the progress contact time. The m-consecutive-k-out-of-n: F linear and circular system consists of n sequentially connected components; the components are ordered on a line or a circle; it fails if there are at least m non-overlapping runs of consecutive-k failed components. This paper proposes the reliability and failure probability functions for both linearly and circularly m-consecutive-k-out-of-n: F systems. More precisely, the failure states of the system components are separated into two collections (the working and the failure collections); where each one is defined as a collection of finite mutual disjoint classes of the system states. Illustrative example is provided.

This research investigates the importance of social accounting and the auditor’s report. It basically checks if there is an impact of social accounting on the auditor’s report at the availability the INTOSAI standards No. (1700 and 1706). The study recruited 105 employees of the Federal Financial Supervision Office in Iraq. Data were collected using questionnaire. The sunrise, sunset, and day length times for Baghdad (Latitude =33.34º N, Longitude =44.43º E) were calculated with high accuracy on a daily basis during 2019. The results showed that the earliest time of sunrise in Baghdad was at 4h: 53m from 5 Jun. to 20 Jun while the latest was at 7h: 07m from 5 Jan. to 11 Jan. The earliest time of sunset in Baghdad was at16 h: 55m from 30 Nov. to 10 Dec. whereas the latest was at 19h: 16m from 25 Jun. to 5 Jul. The minimum period of day length in Baghdad was 9h: 57m) in 17 Dec. whereas the maximum period was 14h: 22m) in 20 Jun. Day length was calculated and compared among regions of different latitudes(0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 north).
