This research on women under the title (Empowerment of women… From value education to the creation of human morality), includes a disclosure of the reasons that prevented women from performing their human role in the development of human societies and treatments that can provide to solve this big problem in the life These communities, especially the Eastern societies and the religious ones, believe that the woman has not received the care and care to raise her human values in order to contribute to the required social contribution, for historical, economic, moral, religious, social and cultural reasons. And by shedding light on specific definitions of the most important rules on which the research relied on in order to create a sound answer to the essence of the problem and to the basic question that the research is trying to address. These rules include conceptual reading of values, research in humanity as moral, And detail in the Empowerment Project as the starting point for the work from the moral inside to the practical outside. The Population growth and decay issues are one of the most pressing issues in many sectors of study. These issues can be found in physics, chemistry, social science, biology, and zoology, among other subjects.
We introduced the solution for these problems in this paper by using the SEJI (Sadiq- Emad- Jinan) integral transform, which has some mathematical properties that we use in our solutions. We also presented the SEJI transform for some functions, followed by the inverse of the SEJI integral transform for these functions. After that, we demonstrate how to use the SEJI transform to tackle population growth and decay problems by presenting two applications that demonstrate how to use this transform to obtain solutions.

The objective of drilling parameters optimization in Majnoon oilfield is to arrive for a methodology that considers the past drilling data for five directional wells at 35 degree of inclination as a baseline for new wells to be drilled. Also, to predicts drilling performance by selecting the applied drilling parameters generated the highest rate of penetration (ROP) at each section.
