This research on women under the title (Empowerment of women… From value education to the creation of human morality), includes a disclosure of the reasons that prevented women from performing their human role in the development of human societies and treatments that can provide to solve this big problem in the life These communities, especially the Eastern societies and the religious ones, believe that the woman has not received the care and care to raise her human values in order to contribute to the required social contribution, for historical, economic, moral, religious, social and cultural reasons. And by shedding light on specific definitions of the most important rules on which the research relied on in order to create a sound answer to the essence of the problem and to the basic question that the research is trying to address. These rules include conceptual reading of values, research in humanity as moral, And detail in the Empowerment Project as the starting point for the work from the moral inside to the practical outside. The research also discussed a number of topics related to the substance of the problem, including talking about women's freedom and condemning them as total values required. Materials and methods: Thirty oligozoospermic semen samples were used in this study. Samples diagnosed according to WHO 2010 criteria. The objective of the research is to identify the level of supervisory performance of the educational supervisor from the point of view of headmasters at secondary schools. The problem was the need to evaluate performance. A sample of (97) school headmasters was chosen to collect the needed data, they proportionated (38%) of the total community. the researcher designed a questionnaire consisted of (43) paragraphs with five areas. The results showed that there is a good level of performance among supervisors; there are no significant differences in the variable of the certificate, while there were significant differences in terms of gender for the benefit of males. The research concluded with a number of recommendations and suggestions.

Fourty strains were belong to the genus Halobacterium which included Hb. halobium (10%). Hb. salinarium (12.5%), Hb.cutirubrum (17.5%), Hb-saccharovorum (12.5%), Hb. valismortis (10%) and Hb. volcanii (37.5%). Growth curves were determined. Generation time (hr) in complex media and logarithmic phase were measured and found to be 10.37±0.59 for Hb. salinarium. 6.49 ± 0.24 for Hb.cutirubrum. 6.70±0.48 for Hb-valismonis, and 11.24 ± 0.96 for Hb. volcanii
