The current research aims at identifying the level of violence against women and relationship with psychological pain according to social status . To achieve the aims of the study a sample has been chosen to be (200) employers distributed to five colleges at Baghdad university. The violence scale which consists of (23) items in its final from , and the psychological pain scale which consists of (30) items in its final form and extracted validity and reliability of the scale the findings of the study include the following :-

• The employers of Baghdad university don’t have any violence.
• The employers of Baghdad university don’t have any psychological pain .

The issue of volunteerism is one of the most important issues that have become prominent in social sciences and contemporary social thought, especially as a result of the transformations and changes that the world undergoes today. The voluntary sector has become the concern of all societies and governments for its development and service to society and various sectors. The practice of women is prominent in the work of volunteerism after 2003 in Iraq, but its work face a number of obstacles and hindrance. Violence can be identified as an outreaching on others’ dignity,
freedom, properties, and life. Therefore, violent actions cannot be determined
only on materialistic attacks such as killing, beating, robbery, rape, and civil
wars, but it also includes the verbal attacks such as insult, threat, and cursing.
Violence against women can be identified as any bad actions that are
done against women, which lead to a physical or psychological harm, and
invade their safety and freedom whether these actions come from men or
women, against one woman or a group of women in special and general
places.

   The potential application of granules of brick waste (GBW) as a low-cost sorbent for removal of Ni⁺²ions from aqueous solutions has been studied. The properties of GBW were determined through several tests such as X-Ray diffraction (XRD), Energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and BET surface area. In batch tests, the influence of several operating parameters including contact time, initial concentration, agitation speed, and the dose of GBW was investigated.
