The problem of the current paper is embodied in the weakness of the female students
of the department of the Quran sciences in the college of Education for Women in the
University of Baghdad in the subject of reciting and memorizing the Holy Quran. This is what
the professors and the scientific and educational supervisors stress equally through their visits
to the students applicants during the period of their practical application of teaching in the
schools; especially that the subject is thought for four years during their study in the college.
That weakness is so explicit with a quite large number of the students-applicants, who are
supposed to be the future teachers in the subject of the Holy Quran and Islamic Ed

This research aims at identifying the communicative habits and content reflections on the communication process, especially the young audience which is one of the main group for whom the announcements are made. Because young people face life with passion and aspiration making them respond to each effect used by the media in the design of the advertising using all the effective techniques, attractive methods for young children like depending on drama, technical tricks, music and logos easily to be remembered and responded to the desires of the young in their entertainment. The current study is aimed to identify personality types of the lecturers of Baghdad University as well as identify the prevailing types among the lecturers. In addition, the study aimed to identify the significant difference among personality types (The Enneagram) according to the variables of academic title and scientific major . One hundred and ninety four lecturers were involved in this study. In order to achieve the study's aims, the scale of (Baron& Wagele 1994) was used to measure the nine personality types (The Enneagram) that was translated by( Anwar Omar Ibrahim 2012).
