The study of cultural identity and its data in the designer’s work is considered a cultural nature to highlight the cultural identity and link it to the national culture of their country and society. It provides a reflection and translation of the society’s culture, traditions, social and economic dimensions, the natural environment, and scientific phenomena. Test anxiety for intermediate level The current study aims to measure the test anxiety of research’s sample and to identify the statistical differences of test anxiety, considering two variables gender and students classes level (first and third intermediate class).       The study was conducted for the detection of Aflatoxin B1(AFB1) in the serum and urine of 42 early and middle childhood patients (26 male and  16 female ) with renal function disease, liver function disease, in additional to atrophy in the growth and other symptoms depending on the information within consent obtained from each patient, in addition to 8 children, apparently healthy, as  the control.
