The study aimed to recognize the impact of polygamy on academic achievement and self-confidence among Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University students. To achieve this goal, the researchers used the Descriptive Analytical method using The Self Confidence measurement ,that has been prepared for the purposes of this study, consists set of 29 questions, then applied to the students sample that emerges from polygamy and one- wife families, study sample consists of randomly selected 230 students registered for the year .1435-1436
The results of the study showed presence of medium statistical impact on the significance level (a 4 0.05), this proof significant statistical effect of polygamy on self-confidence among the sample of Prince Sat-tam University students. However, lack of impact of polygamy on academic achievement among students in Prince Sattam University where (eh' value) of the tow variables did not reach the value of significance level (a 5 0.05). The statistical significant differences at (a 5 0.05) of polygamy on self-confidence among the sample of Prince Sattam University students depending on the variables academic status and economic situation shown to have strong influence, as f-value —5.634 at the significance level (0.00). To detect thedifference points Scheffe test been applied. In light of the study results; the researchers recommend increasing awareness and apply the prober Islamic ruling of polygamy in terms of physical and financial qualifications as well as apply equality between wives and their children, since this issue shown strong impact ,mo Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University students. The research stems from its goal of identifying the impact of visual management on the strategic acceleration of business organizations and the state of this effect through the knowledge embedding in the Iraqi oil companies. The oil sector was tested, represented by (3) oil companies, and a sample of (151) individuals who participated in activating the visual management, distributed in higher management levels. The research relied on the descriptiveanalytical approach and the questionnaire was a main tool for collecting data and information. The results showed that visual management positively affects strategic acceleration. Moreover, This effect is amplified by the mediating role played by Embedding Knowledge.

Kurdistan power system is expanded along years ago. The electrical power is transmitted through long transmission lines. The main problem of transmission lines is active and reactive power losses. It is important to solve this issue, unless, the most of electrical energy will lost over transmission system. In this study, High Voltage Direct Current links/bipolar connection were connected in a power system to reduce the power losses. The 132kV, 50 Hz, 36 buses Kurdistan power system is used as a study case. The load flow analysis was implemented by using ETAP.16 program in which Newton-Raphson method for three cases. The results show that the losses are reduced after inserted HVDC links.
