Besides the role of state institutions that come in the forefront of their priorities and obligations to provide security and development of the economy and reduce the unemployment rate and the reduction of inflation and improving education, health and others, the Community Partnership At frames what has become known as the institutions of society civil-with the state does not eliminate the role, but rather complements its role ; it is the role of civil society partner and an extension of the role of the state in the face of challenges and crises, but it may be sometimes a race role in addressing social, political and economic issues of the role played by the state, not complementary.
The highlighting the specificity of the relationship between the youth site within the institutions of civil society and development highlights the importance of the role of these institutions in the rehabilitation of young leaders in various fields, and to raise the sense of national belonging, and the establishment of democracy and respect for human rights values, and then enable the integration into the overall development paths.
Objectives:
To evaluate mothers’ attitudes toward readiness for discharge care at home for a premature baby in Intensive Care Unit at teaching hospitals in Medical City Complex and to find out the relationship between mothers’ attitudes and their socio-demographic characteristics.
Methodology: A quasi-experimental study design was carried out through the period of 6th January 2020 to 2021 to 11th March 2021, to evaluate mother’s attitude toward discharge care plan for premature babies. Al-Yusifia river was assessed at three sampling stations with study period from Autumn 2010 to the end of Summer 2011. The present investigation was carried out on diversity of fungi and bacteria from Al-Yusifia river, Baghdad city. During the study, a total of 12 fungal genus and 6 bacterial genus were isolated during the year seasons. The dominant fungus at the three stations were Penicillium sp., then Rhizopus and Trichophyton megninii while the dominant bacteria was Escherichia coli and Klebsiella sp.

Show MoreThis work presents an experimental study of heat transfer and flow of distilled water and metal oxide nanofluid Fe3O4-distilled water at concentrations of (φ = 0.3, 0.6, 0.9 %) by volume in a horizontal pipe with constant magnetic field. All the tests are carried out with Reynolds number range (2900-9820) and uniform heat flux (11262-19562 W/m2). The results show that, the nanofluid concentration and magnetic intensity increase, the Nusselt number increases. The maximum enhancement in Nusselt number with magnetic nanofluid is (5.4 %, 26.4 %, 42.7 %) for volume concentration (0.3, 0.6, 0.9 %) respectively.
