To achieve the objectives of the present research was to build Psychicasthein scale and the adoption of a measure of domestic violence, and applied these tools, and after extracting the psychometric properties of the two measures of reliability and validity, according to a sample of 200 students and Talibhmn fifth and sixth grade intermediate, has been using the test Altaia for one sample and two independent samples and coefficient of correlation Pearson , after conducting statistical wizards study results showed that the sample current search suffer from domestic violence and Psychicasthei there are differences in favor of females in domestic violence and psychological Alnhec and there is a relationship between Psychicasthein domestic violence and through the results of the study, the researcher suggested a number of recommendations and suggestions.

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of organizational culture among the headmasters and teachers of intermediate and secondary schools in Arar city. It also aims to identify the effect of job variables, qualifications, educational stage, and years of experience on the level of organizational culture and its domains. Objective: A descriptive design, using the methodological approach, is carried throughout the present
study from April 1st 2012 to May 20th 2013 to construct the school physical environment standardized
features tool.
Methodology: An instrument of (141) item is constructed for the purpose of the study. A purposive
sample of (44) school; (22) public and (22) private ones is selected. Content Validity of the instrument is
determined through the use of panel of (11) expert who are specialists in Community Health Nursing and
Community Medicine. Internal consistency reliability, using the split-half technique, is employed through
