To achieve the objectives of the present research was to build Psychicasthein scale and the adoption of a measure of domestic violence, and applied these tools, and after extracting the psychometric properties of the two measures of reliability and validity, according to a sample of 200 students and Talibhmn fifth and sixth grade intermediate, has been using the test Altaia for one sample and two independent samples and coefficient of correlation Pearson , after conducting statistical wizards study results showed that the sample current search suffer from domestic violence and Psychicasthei there are differences in favor of females in domestic violence and psychological Alnhec and there is a relationship between Psychicasthein domestic violence and through the results of the study, the researcher suggested a number of recommendations and suggestions.

The research aims at defining the level of the school environment and the social adjustment of the sample due to the sex and the relation among them. The two researchers have stated the school environment scale counting on the theoretical background and previous studies. There is a theoretical controversy in the books of Usul al-Fiqh, in the past and the present, about whether the ruling should be attached to its reason (al-Hikmah), or its apparent and stable cause (al-Illah). Looking at the practical cases of the jurists, we found them sometimes attaching rulings to its reason, and sometimes to its cause, so there is a need to know the factors that affect their choices. By extrapolation, the researcher reached at nine factors that affect referring the ruling to its cause or to its reason in jurisprudential cases.

Rheological instrument is one of the basic analytical measurements for diagnosing the properties of polymers fluids to be used in any industry. In this research polycarbonate was chosen because of its importance in many areas and possesses several distinct properties.
Two kinds of rheometers devices were used at different range of temperatures from 220 ˚C-300 ˚C to characterize the rheological technique of melted polycarbonate (Makrolon 2805) by a combination of different investigating techniques.
