A field study investigated the degree of need for managers working in the directories of education to develop their skills for the exercise of administrative empowerment, and it adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The research community, was determined which consisted of 126 principals, and the sample was selected with arte of randomly Statistics and by (100%) of the research community, as the number of respondents was (126) of managers working in the directories of education. A questionnaire was built which included 40 items distributed among the fields of study. Researchers verified its validity and reliability. The research data were analyzed using software (SPSS), the questionnaire was applied in the second semester of the academic year 2015-2016. And come to the most important results: a great need among a sample research to develop the basic abilities that enable them to exercise administrative functions, and the research sample recognizes the importance of incentives in encouraging workers to prepare them for more practice empowerment. The research presented a number of recommendations and proposals.

Acidified solution water with nitric acid in pH (1.5) was used. In conventional method, different temperature degrees for extraction pectin from grape fruit and orange(85 ,90 , 95 and 100?C) for 1 h were used The results showed grapefruit peels contained 12.82, 17.05, 18.47, 15.89% respectively, while the corresponding values were 5.96, 6.74, 7.41 and 8.00 %, respectively in orange peels. The goal of this study is to investigate the relationship between the student and the teacher and the student's behavior for a subject of the student in the intermediate stage, the sample contained (568) student, (266) male and (302) female.
The scale of student – teacher relationship was built according to a questionnaire pointed to a sample of the students, adding to that reviewing a number of previous scales and studies which was about the same topic, and in the same way a measure of student behavior was constructed.

In this research the Empirical Bayes method is used to Estimate the affiliation parameter in the clinical trials and then we compare this with the Moment Estimates for this parameter using Monte Carlo stimulation , we assumed that the distribution of the observation is binomial distribution while the distribution with the unknown random parameters is beta distribution ,finally we conclude that the Empirical bayes method for the random affiliation parameter is efficient using Mean Squares Error (MSE) and for different Sample size .
