DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION AN IRAQI CITIES DATABASE USING K-D TREE

This research include design and implementation of an Iraqi cities database using spatial data structure for storing data in two or more dimension called k-d tree .The proposed system should allow records to be inserted, deleted and searched by name or coordinate. All the programming of the proposed system written using Delphi ver. 7 and performed on personal computer (Intel core i3).

Educational Plan for Private and Public Kindergartens

The research aims to identify the educational plan for the private and public kindergartens. The researchers selected a sample consisted of (59) female teachers for the private kindergartens and (150) female teachers for the public kindergartens in the city of Baghdad. As for the research tool, the two researchers designed a questionnaire to measure the educational plan for the private and public kindergartens. The results   revealed that private kindergartens have educational plans that contribute considerably to classroom interaction, the public kindergartens lack for educational plans. In light of the findings of the research, the researchers recommend the following: the need to set up a unified educational plan for the priv

Modeling and Filtering for Tracking Maneuvering Targets

A new mathematical model describing the motion of manned maneuvering targets is presented. This model is simple to be implemented and closely represents the motion of maneuvering targets. The target maneuver or acceleration is correlated in time. Optimal Kalman filter is used as a tracking filter which results in effective tracker that prevents the loss of track or filter divergency that often occurs with conventional tracking filter when the target performs a moderate or heavy maneuver. Computer simulation studies show that the proposed tracker provides sufficient accuracy.

The Satellite Images Matching and Mosaic Techniques

The Matching and Mosaic of the satellite imagery play an essential role in many remote sensing and image processing projects. These techniques must be required in a particular step in the project, such as remotely change detection applications and the study of large regions of interest. The matching and mosaic methods depend on many image parameters such as pixel values in the two or more images, projection system associated with the header files, and spatial resolutions, where many of these methods construct the matching and mosaic manually. In this research, georeference techniques were used to overcome the image matching task in semi automotive method. The decision about the quality of the technique can be considered if the

Chemical Synthesis and Characterization of Conducting Polyaniline

The polyaniline powder was chemically manufactured by direct oxidation of aniline. The resulting polymer was characterized by the results of optical, measurements by (FT-IR) spectroscopy, we have detected some of the absorption peaks located at 3498, 2858 cm-1, which correspond N-H vibrations, and C-H expansion of the aromatic ring respectively as well as stretching vibrations of quinoid ring have been observed. Structural properties, such as the surface topography using an atomic force microscope (AFM), and Surface composition by (SEM) have been studied. The structure of some pellets of polyaniline powder have been examined by using analytical X-ray diffraction technique, the pattern of obse

Relationship between Serum Lipid Profile and Hypertension

Background:Dyslipideamia is an important major risk factor for cardiovascular disease (CVD), which is the leading cause of death in the developed and developing countries. The world health organization estimates that dyslipideamia is associated with more than half of global cases of ischemic heart disease and more than 4 million deaths per year.
Objective:To assess the serum lipid profile in hypertensive patients.
Patients and methods: A case – control study was carried out at AL – Mustansyria , AL- Dubbat primary care centers for family Medicine and Medical city out patients clinic.Lipid profile were studied in 100 hypertensive patients and 100 healthy volunteers individuals attending these clinics matched for age and sex, ser

Adrenal Disorders, Surgical Approaches and Postoperative complications

Backgraound: Adrenal disorders in surgical practice are presented either as hyperfunctional disorders or non functional disorders (incidentalomas). Functionally, medullary tumors (pheochromocytoma) result in excess secretion of catecholamines(l), on the other hand, functioning adrenocortical tumors could secrete excess of cortisol (Cushing syndrome), aldosterone (Conn's syndrome) or sex hormones (virilizing syndromes). (2
The aim of our study is to identify and to show our experience in the surgical approach and postoperative complications of adrenal disorders.
Patients & methods: This is a prospective study of 20 cases diagnosed as having adrenal disorders, admitted and evaluated in Baghdad T

Pseudo Weakly Closed Submodules and Related Concepts

Let  be a commutative ring with identity, and  be a unitary left -module. In this paper we introduce the concept pseudo weakly closed submodule as a generalization of -closed submodules, where a submodule  of an -module  is called a pseudo weakly closed submodule, if for all , there exists a -closed submodule  of  with  is a submodule of  such that . Several basic properties, examples and results of pseudo weakly closed submodules are given. Furthermore the behavior of pseudo weakly closed submodules in class of multiplication modules are studied. On the other hand modules with chain conditions on pseudo weakly closed submodules are established. Also, the relationships of  pseudo weakly closed

Semantic differences between the Quran and abnormal

This research Find semantic relations between the Holy Quran and readings anomalous in particular, does not mention the readings anomalies are all but signed the examples of them where he found a marked contrast between them and what is known in the Holy Quran, and the intervention of research in the words of the commentators and between their views and stated what is unacceptable and what before, nor Luck meaning significantly different in some readings, leading to different Islamic ruling as well, also found that of the readings made clear what is meant by the blessed verse in the Holy Quran and signed to be even if it was abnormal.

Z-Small Submodules and Z-Hollow Modules

A submodule Ϝ of an R-module Ε is called small in Ε if whenever  , for some submodule W of Ε , implies  . In this paper , we introduce the notion of Ζ-small submodule , where a proper submodule Ϝ of an R-module Ε is said to be Ζ-small in Ε if  , such that  , then  , where  is the second singular submodule of Ε . We give some properties of Ζ-small submodules . Moreover , by using this concept , we generalize the notions of hollow modules , supplement submodules, and supplemented modules into Ζ-hollow modules, Ζ-supplement submodules, and Ζ-supplemented modules. We study these concepts and provide some of their relations .

metaphor and their transformations in surrealist painting

The problem of research tagged: (metaphor and its transformations in the surreal drawing) dealt with the nature of the concept of metaphor and the mechanisms of its work in the contemporary global achievement. The research came in four chapters: The first chapter was concerned with the systematic framework for the research represented by the problem of the research, as it was manifested through this study by metaphor and its transformations, which were associated with the Surreal drawing papers in Europe. The goal of the study has been crystallized with the following:

Exposing metaphor and its transformations in the visual system of the surreal drawing.
As for the limits of the research, I was interested in analyzing video mod
