This paper addresses some of the morphological views of Al-Seraphy in the matter of "altasqeer" (reduction) in his book, "shareh ketab Sibawayh" (the explanation of Sibawayh's book) linking between them (views of Al-Seraphy) and the data of the morphological theme, in ancient times, and recently. Through balancing between what we have learned from the views of Al-Seraphy and the views of other former linguists and grammarians and latecomers of him. In this research we have linguistically and idiomatically explained the definition of "altasqeer" (reduction), and it's standard morphological balancing and what has deviated from it, by the examples in both cases; then we has produced the views of the grammarians of that "the definition of "altasqeer" (reduction)", starting from Sibawayh and those who followed or goes against him, passing by Al-Seraphy and ending with those who are latecomers, considering from three models an orbit for the research and considering the views of Al-Seraphy, his arguments and inferences on the trueness of his views, and these models are: " "Tasqeer Ahwa"( the reduction of Ahwa), and the reduction of the triple origin name, which has been added to it three more characters, and the origin of (Ruwaid) before it has been reduced. Objective: to assess the risk factors of coronary artery disease patients.
Methodology: A non-probability (purposive) sample of (100) patients. The study population consisted of
a sample of adults from both genders whose ages were 30 years and more, and was newly diagnosed as
having CAD by coronary angiography in the cardiac catheterization unit of An Nasiriyah heart center.
Results: The result of the study showed that the most common modifiable risk factors were low HDL-C
levels (58%), smoking (53%), hypertension (46%), diabetes mellitus (34%), obesity (30%), high
triglycerides (19%), hypercholesterolemia (17%), and high LDLC (14%). All these factors were positively

The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct this study. To achieve the study objective, the author designed a questionnaire composed of (24) items included (4) domains applied on (80) male and female school managers were selected randomly. The results showed that the administrative creativity level of secondary school's managers over all domains were too high which ranked as school management domain followed by public community domain then teacher domain and finally, school environment domain. Leuciscidae species are the abundant and widely distributed fish species in Iraq's inland waters. They are complex species, and morphology makes them difficult to identify. Molecular analysis achieved and confirmed the morphological characters. Twenty specimens of Acanthobrama marmid were collected from two localities at Tigris River, in the middle of Iraq; 15 specimens from the Al-Zubaydia sub-district and five specimens from Al-Tharthar Lake.
