Background: study the effect of various risk factors on reperfusion success after thrombolysis by measuring ST resolution.
Objectives: Early patency of the infarct-related artery is associated with reduced mortality. Thrombolytic therapy is frequently followed by rapid recanalization lead to reduction of infarct size, improve left ventricular function and increase survival by reopening of coronary artery . The reduction in ST-segment elevation on the standard 12 lead electrocardiogram 1-4 h after initiation of thrombolysis may be the simplest and most useful clinical tool to test the effectiveness of thrombolytic therapy.

This study was designed to investigate the effect of the Clenbuterol drug in some physiological parameters of Liver, Kidney function and lipidprofie concentration. Fourty adult male rabbits were used in this study. The animals were randomly divided into four groups,the first group was given distilled water (control) ,while the other third groups were given (2,4,6 µg/kg) of Clenbuterol drug for 30 days. Blood samples were collected after 14 and 30 days of the treatment for biochemical study. This research consists of two parts, the first part concern with analyzing the collected data of BOD and COD values in discharge waste water from Al-Dora refinery during 2010 to find the relationship between these two variables The results indicates that there
is a high correlation between BOD and COD when using a natural logarithm model (0.86 ln(COD)) with correlation coefficient of 0.98. This relationship is useful in predicting the BOD value using the COD value. The second part includes analyzing collected data from the same site in order to find a relationsip between BOD and other parameters COD, Phenol(phe), Temperature(T), Oil, Sulphat(SO4),pH and Total dissolved solids( TDS) discharged from the refinery. This study was designed to evaluate the diuretic effects of P. farcta extract in comparison with spironolactone and hydrochlorothiazide in normal and hypertensive rats.Forty eight rats, were divided into Two groups.
