The Aim of this study is to identify the importance of associations and professional associations in the field of libraries and information at the global level and at the Arab level through analytical study carried out by the researcher adopted the security of the international federation of libraries IFLA model at the global level, associations, Egyptian information and libraries in the Arab world and the imposition study a number of recommendations. Most important to increase funding for unions and professional associations, and the need to establish sessions and meet with the owners of the profession in order to exchange experiences and skills development.

The present theoretical study concerning the relation between anthropology and education has discovered the existence of differences in points of view between teachers related to socialization.    The aim of this research is to identify the Andalusia  poet  Abu Izac Al-Zauali , whose  most of his poetry and biography had been lost, as well as many Andalusia  poets. So this research is hoped to be the first step to shed the light on the poet’s life and poetry  and to document his poetry as other  writers do. It is also hoped that this research would pave the way , God willing , to the steps of finding more references about this poet .

The Current research aims at building a scale for the time management for the faculty members at the University of Baghdad. To achieve this goal, the researcher formulates (45) paragraphs by using verbal expressions. In front of each expression, five alternatives have been placed reflecting the extent of the emergence of this behavior (always, often, sometimes, rarely, never). For the purpose of verifying the validity of the paragraphs of the scale; the researcher has consulted a group of experts who revised these paragraphs and show their remarks. In the light of these remarks, the researcher excludes two paragraphs, and thus the number of the scale's paragraphs becomes (43). These paragraphs have been applied by the researcher on an ex
