This showshis smoothand influential styleand his humanitarian andsimple words which resonate in the hearts of his followers, therefore, his poems remained until this day inheritedbyChadli inEgypt.Al-Shishtary was the pioneer in theuseof(Zajal)inSophism and he acquired the title of Sophist philosophic poet and the owner of Alazjal. The researcher tackles thesubjectofthenarrativeconstructionin Al-Shishtary poetryanddeals with its manifestations and mechanisms in terms of: - Poetic language and its functions, especially it provides artistic modalities of sayings in order for the receiver to access the message targeted to him. These functions appeared in his poetryas follows: - emotional function - poetic function - reference function - Function of understanding and listening At the end, the researcher talks about (description) within the narrative construction that mastered the dimensions of the technical image temporally and spatially. The researcher has allocated two types of description, they are as follows: - Description which revealed the features and the external traits of the characters. - Description which deals with the disclosure of the psychological worlds of the characters. This paper, also deals with the dialogue that has been or took place between the characters of his artistic work, having been employed in his narrative artistic in a highly literary manner. Then, the repetition instances and the overlapping of tenses have been located in the construction of event inside the narrative space taking into consideration the time and place and revealing their impact in the narratives of Al-Shishtary throughout separating the tenses and dividing them into: general tense, anticipated tense and revocation tense, as well as places which have been classified within the space narrative construction into familiar places and hostile places and its impact on the psyche of the narrator and receiver alike. At the end of the research the researcher puts the conclusion of research and its findings, and list of sources and references and summary in English.

Ephedra alata. is a plant that widely available around the world and long used in folk medicine as a natural medication, was employed in the current work to prepare extracts rich in alkaloids and to test their cytotoxic potential. Alkaloids-rich and crude extracts of E.alata were compared to pure ephedrine medication for mitosis on Allium cepa. test system. Alkaloids and crude aqueous extracts of A. cepa root tips were examined for a total of five hours at five different concentrations compared to ephedrine standard. This current study was built on creating four electrodes based on molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). The study was carried out to study the quality of 7 samples of imported frozen chicken that are available in locally markets. These samples were collected from Baghdad markets in June 2010. The results were showed that the all samples were not content the name of company and batch number one the labeling, while the microbial test refer to found contamination in all samples, but it in the limited of Iraqi standers specification for frozen chicken, also note Staphylococcus aureus in all samples, the samples C1 and C2 have Salmonella ohio, while not observe Coliform bacteria in all samples.

The pathogenicity of S. saprophyticus was studied in mice. A group of white mice were injected transurethrally using a catheter with S. saprophyticus S67 cell suspension in a concentration reached 109 CFU/ml. concomitantly, the role of its peptidoglycan in the pathogenicity was studied by injecting another group of mice with 0.3 mg/0.2 ml of partially purified S. saprophyticus S67 peptidoglycan extract. After autopsy, kidneys and urinary bladder showed several histopathological changes both in cells and peptidoglycan injected mice, included: hydropic degeneration, glomerulus shrinkage, congestion of renal vessels, infiltration of inflammatory cells, and dekeratinization in urinary bladder.
